Andrew has extensive experience in rolling out and implementing complex, database-driven billing and customer care systems. These have largely been SAP and web-based Oracle solutions which have included the use of numerous Microsoft toolsets.
With a background in systems solution architecture and design, Andrew is also trained in programming, system design, and business analysis. This has given Andrew experience in both the technological and functional aspects of the solution. He has a specialist domain knowledge in the utilities and telecommunications sectors having worked in them for over 10 years.
Andrew has a BCA from Victoria University majoring in Information Systems and has subsequently completed numerous vocational courses including two Rational College (RUP) requirements and analysis courses.
