ANZ NZ Tallyman Migration
Circini Consultants were integral to the deployment of the Experian Decision Analytics Tallyman debt collection/recovery platform in ANZ NZ.
ANZ (NZ) and The National Bank of NZ debt collections was historically managed through six different applications. The Tallyman product was deployed in several phases to have a single platform with 360 degree customer view on debt management for the combined banks, with 28 internal and 6 external interfaces. ANZ’s Tallyman deployment mirrors all customers, products/accounts, relationships and transactions from its core banking systems to Tallyman using a daily incremental feed.
An interesting facet of this project was the high amount of inflight data which required tracking and management through the migration process. All such inflight migrations were performed with full reconciliation and zero defects.
Circini was also involved in the major ANZ/National Bank consolidation project whereby the two brands were brought together in a single unified entity. This involved the team working with a number of vendors performing our part in the consolidation system dress rehearsals building precise deployment run sheets involving several hundred detailed tasks.
