Mike Walczak, Director

Mike has over 20 years consultancy and project management experience covering a broad range of applications and technology platforms. While predominately Finance & Teleco based, Mike has regularly managed major programmes in excess of 100 people with budgets exceeding $50 mil.

Mike brings experience not only in the standard project management disciplines but also in large scale implementations, project rescue, external vendor negotiations and perhaps more importantly, organisational change.

Backed by diplomas in Management, Business and Banking Mike brings proven experience in delivering some of the toughest projects.
