The team is currently working on projects ranging from an SAP implementation for a major utility company to parallel run testing for billing system changes for a telco.


Utilities experience forms the backbone of our business. Many of our team have worked in this sector for decades. We know the quirks and foibles of ICP and customer data for the majority of New Zealand's utility retailers. Key skill-sets in SAP / Gentrack / Oracle and various legacy systems have aided our team to plan, guide and execute numerous complex migrations with proven success. Circini is currently engaged in assisting the large-scale implementation of SAP in a major utility company.


Our team has engaged in a wide diversity of billing and customer data migration projects in the telco industry during the past 10 years. The data migration projects within programs such as fixed line infrastructure upgrades, mobile product migrations, broadband upgrades, unbundling, and number portability have consistently been delivered without service disruption and within budget. Engagements in both retail and wholesale have enabled the Circini team to become highly familiar with NZ market data from both a billing and service provision perspective. Circini is currently working on a number of projects within Telecom.
