Circini has over 30 consultants based in Wellington and Auckland. We plan and manage the whole transition and cutover process from legacy to new systems. Circini specializes in transition planning and management for billing and customer care system implementations especially in the Utilities domain. We have built up specialist transition management knowledge, methods and tools that have been proven through a significant number of complex systems replacement projects in the Utilities sector.
